Main Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Plumbing maintenance tasks on domestic properties
• Identify lead piping, identify leaks and fix leaks where appropriate
• Liaising with customers and being the first face to face point of contact

Essential Skills:

• Confident/has experience using tools
• Has a valid Driving Licence
• A willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to work at speed precisely
• Able to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
• Able to work with tablet and mobile devices
• Ability and willingness to learn to use project specific CRM systems

Must Have:

• Plumbing Qualification minimum Level 2
• EUSR Water Hygiene AM
• DBS check
• A driving license and access to your own vehicle
