Job Description

We are EM Code, formerly Code Computerlove. We are a Customer Experience, AI and Innovation Agency.

We have two Delivery Manager vacancies to join our amazing team to cover two FTC maternity roles

The role of the EM Code Delivery Manager is to collaborate with your team to deliver great products for our client partners.

You will collaborate with your multi-discipline teams to deliver great products for our client partners and be accountable for the management of the delivery of prioritised work, alongside budget and scope management.

You will lead the product teams and client relationships by coaching the teams and managing dependencies which may include removing blockers that might get in your way.

By working closely with your product team and wider Delivery Team you will focus on making great things happen.

Role Band: 1
(Band Guide: 1: Junior.
2: Professional 3: Senior 4: Lead / Head of / Principal)

Salary: £40k-£50k.

The salary banding for this role is dependent on your experience.

Role and responsibilities

As the Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will involve:

  • Prioritising tasks and manage client demands within your multi-disciplinary team
  • Being responsible for scoping and defining roadmaps in conjunction with client partners
  • Taking ownership of critical commercial routines to manage revenue targets, client’s budgets, evaluate risks and be responsible for delivery plans.
  • Striving for continuous improvement, so you’ll also play a key role in coaching team members and the wider agency.

Requirements

  • We’re looking for a natural leader and problem-solver with the ability to make smart, practical decisions under pressure.
  • You’ll need to be focused, resilient and have a positive “can do” attitude, plus a willingness to make a real difference and commitment to continuing to work towards goals and objectives – even if setbacks and hurdles occur.
  • We work with Agile/Lean practices, so experience in this area – and a keenness to champion this way of working across the business – would be advantageous too.
