Water & Sewer Trainee (Young)
Fixed-term for up to 2 years, full-time role (76 hours per nine-day fortnight)

Annual salary range circa $35k – $62k + 11.5% Super under the Trainee band of the Local Government State Award 2023, with annual Award increases, and many other benefits available as a Council employee.

As Water & Sewer Trainee in Water & Wastewater Treatment you will assist with the competent and efficient operation and maintenance of Council’s water and wastewater treatment facilities whilst completing studies in Certificate III in Water Industry Operations.
In this role, you will also undertake on-the-job training and short courses to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for a career in the water industry – it is truly an excellent and rare opportunity for the right candidate.
