This exciting role offers the chance to showcase your skills in leading change management as part of our digital transformation journey. Our project to implement a new cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has only just commenced and you will be a key part of this project. You will also have a great opportunity design and implement a robust change management framework to deliver on our people and process outcomes.
This is a part time (12-month contact, with possible extension) with option of flexible hours to align to our project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Change Management - develop and deliver robust plans to address people, process and technology change components of larger enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation.
Customer fulfilment – support business owners in the transition to new processes and ways of working
Team Player: Ready to jump in and take on any task? You’ll support our ICT Team to deliver key services to our customers.
What You’ll Need:
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
Police CheckDegree in Business or IT
Experience in delivering Change for transformation projects.
Certification in Change Management Frameworks

Average of 2 days a week for next twelve months
Flexibility to reduce and increase days per week based on Project schedule.

Option of hybrid working. On site requirement will be during the above phases.

This is a temporary position classified at Grade M Entry under Council’s current salary structure with a salary range based on qualifications and experience from $108,381.00 to $121,984.00, pro-rata based on hours worked, plus 11.5% statutory superannuation. Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
