Sales Executive (Modernization)
Our Northern sales team are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson with extensive sales experience (Lift Industry knowledge not required). Has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Adept at identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to drive business growth. We believe that to best serve our customers we need to understand their business, their challenges and their goals – so whatever your sales background you’ll need to be curious, authentic and passionate about building sustainable partnerships.
Be comfortable with communicating complex information/proposals to a wide range of stakeholders, from residential building owners/occupants to commercial/retail Facility Managers and a range of industry experts.
You’ll be hungry for success, collaborative in your approach and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. If you have the drive and ambition to help us create the best people flow® experience for our customers, then we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
* Managing existing portfolio for small to medium sized repairs.
* Development of existing and new customer relationships.
* Proactive engagement with customers, identification of aging units creating customer demand for modernising their elevators.
* Early engagement supporting customers with life cycle budgets.
* Accountability over agreed business objectives, sales budget, and pricing targets in the designated market area.
* Collaboration with the rest of KONE team to improve customer satisfaction.
* Timely and accurate reporting of sales and customer data.
Skills and Experience Required
* Systematic solution selling approach to selling.
* Customer centric mindset - Desire to understand what creates value to our customers and courage to experiment and embrace innovate thinking.
* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills to gain access and work with the right external and internal networks.
* Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management.
* Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
* Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms.
* Good IT skills, CRM (Salesforce).
