Daily Covers: up to 800

Contracted Hours: 48-55

Brigade size: 6 sushi chefs.

Report to: Executive chef.

Group size: 2 Sites.

Nearest Transport: Liverpool Street

I am working with one of London's coolest brands in all day dining and Japanese – South American fusion. We are on the hunt for a super talented Omakase Sushi Chef to work in the Sushi restaurant.

There will be an intimate private dining space that can seat 12 guests and will be served by 2 chefs through the experience.

This would suit a Sushi chef at sous level from a premium restaurant background, longevity in roles, good BOH management and experience in high quality sushi. Omakase experience will be a big plus.
