Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a hugely successful multi-disciplinary practice in Birmingham city centre, seeking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to join their growing team.
The practice operate out of three locations in the UK, with offices in Birmingham, Manchester & London with the West Midlands office being the head office. The company is home to a range of talented and like-minded individuals, with teams in Architecture, Project Management, Building Services and Surveying. The practice are now looking to further their BIM services with the appointment of a BIM Manager who will effectively be national lead in BIM.
The BIM Manager for this position will ideally come from an Architectural background and have demonstrable experience of working within the Education sector, along with the added benefit of having worked on Residential schemes also. The practice work in Education, Residential, along with some Commercial and Emergency Service schemes.
Skills and qualifications of the BIM Manager required as follows:
·At least 5 years of experience in a BIM Manager position
·Ideally originate from a background in Architecture, either as an Architect or Architectural Technologist.
·Already operating in a senior capacity would be ideal, as this position would see you leading a small team.
·Sector experience of working in Education and Residential projects would be good but not essential.
·Experience leading teams and mentoring & developing lesser experienced team members.
·Expert Revit proficiency and knowledge is essential for this position.
The BIM Manager for this position would receive a competitive salary and benefits package including the following:
Salary in the region of £50,000-£60,000
