Field Service Engineer in Four Ashes
Salary up to £37,500, 23 days + 8 Banks, Company Pension, Private Medical and Well beingness program
Working Hours – Monday to Friday 40 Hours

Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is now recruiting for an exciting position for a Generator Engineer for one of our clients working within the Four Ashes area.
The Company:
A company specialising in the hire, installation and maintenance of Diesel Generators. The company’s products apply to a variety of industries, and they have a solid customer base. They have steadily grown over the last few years and are now looking to take on a Field Service Engineer.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of generators in a workshop environment. The successful candidate will have good engineering knowledge across the mechanical engineering discipline and some electrical knowledge. Ideally, this candidate will also possess a formal qualification and a driving licence.
Requirements:
* Possess a relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering /Diesel Fitting /Plant i.e. City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent OR to have previous experience and knowledge of generators or diesel engines. (Essential)
* Fabrication experience (Essential)
* Full Driving Licence (with towing categories preferred). (Essential)
* Fork Lift Truck Licence advantageous but training can be given.
* Previous experience of working in a workshop environment advantageous.
* Holder of CSCS Card preferred.
Package:
* £30,500 - £37,500 per year
* Excellent overtime rates – roughly £27,000 available if wanted (no expectation)
* Company van and fuel card
* Private medical scheme
* Company pension scheme
* 23 days annual leave + banks – increasing with length of service
* Excellent progression opportunities
