Job Details
- Responsible for daily bank deposits and payment applications, including checks, wire, and ACH including intercompany/subsidiary companies.
- Closely monitor aging reports to maintain cash flow and ensure accounts remain in good standing.
- Follow up with delinquent accounts and escalate as necessary in collaboration with sales representatives and management.
- Provide accurate reporting of weekly and monthly close in compliance with GAAP and company policies, including journal entries and reconciling accounts.
