Job Description
GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an accredited multi-office law firm located in Edgbaston. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Legal Administrator to join their firm on a full time, permanent contract.
This position is Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm and can offer a salary of up to £25K

Experience working in a law practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Excellent administration, communication and customer service are essential for the success of this role.
Legal Administrator main duties:
⦁ Have excellent knowledge and experience within an administration environment.
⦁ Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches, ID checks and other work on files without dictation.
⦁ Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
⦁ General administration tasks.
⦁ Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
⦁ Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
⦁ Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office.
Legal Administrator desired skills and experience:
⦁ Previous administration experience is essential within a professional setting.
⦁ Fast, accurate typing skills
⦁ Excellent administrative skills
⦁ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
⦁ Good interpersonal and team working skills
⦁ A passion for the legal sector
