Specialist Grade in Anaesthetics

Merco Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Specialist Grade Anaesthetist to join NHS Trusts in the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for career progression with the goal of achieving CESR and advancing to Consultant level within the Trust. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality anaesthetic services across a range of clinical settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care
Play a key role in quality improvement initiatives, medical education, and training
Pursue CESR certification, with support from the Trust, as part of your path towards Consultant-level roles

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

Full MRCP or equivalent
FRCA or equivalent qualification
Full GMC Registration and licensable
Higher qualification in Anaesthetics
Current or recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
Recognised certifications and qualifications in any of the following:

Quality Improvement
Medical Education
Teaching and Training
Management and Leadership
