Business Development Manager Commercial Sector - Southeast

Location: Southeast England
Salary: £55,922.04 basic. Year 1 OTE £75,000.00 + (Uncapped commission so potential to earn more)

About your role as a Business Development Manager:

You will be responsible for delivering and exceeding targeted margin growth through the quantified value selling of Synertec services within the Southeast area. The role’s strongest focus is delivering growth through winning new business; whilst being given autonomy to grow and develop the revenue of your region. You will be responsible for managing your pipeline, developing existing accounts, and nurturing established relationships where you will continue to build long-term trust with our customers.
