MEP Project Manager
The Company
This MEP Project Manager's role with one of the UK’s leading major main contractor’s. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor’s in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – £50million. The current position is for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join the team on data centre refurbishment scheme near Wakefield.
The Person
We are looking for an MEP Project Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor or specialist M&E sub-contractor. Specifically, you will need experience of working with Chillers and mechanical systems. Chiller replacement and upgrades along with the associated mechanical and electrical infrastructure will be a large part of the project that has an overall M&E value of circa £30million. You will need experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover.
