Graduate / Assistant Construction Project Manager
Location: Sheffield based

The Role – graduate / Assistant Construction Project Manager:
We are seeking Graduate Project Managers eager to kickstart their careers within an organisation that will actively support and advocate for their success.
Joining Monaghans means you will receive extensive training, hands-on project exposure, and opportunities to assume key responsibilities as you grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
After completing initial training, you will be involved in:
* Supporting the day-to-day delivery of diverse projects
* Assisting in managing and guiding design teams to develop innovative project solutions
* Providing support to Project Managers in managing accounts, liaising with clients, and coordinating internal teams
* Contract administration and ensuring project documentation is managed effectively
* Developing and utilising key project processes to ensure smooth project execution
* Reporting upwards to meet client expectations
* Leveraging sector knowledge to exceed client expectations and contribute to project success
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree is preferred
* Relevant work experience is advantageous but not essential
* A passion for excellence, demonstrated through your grit, determination, and drive, whether in a professional field or other endeavours
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and seek guidance when needed
