Job Advert: Commissioning Home Manager
Position: Commissioning Home Manager
Salary & Package: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, with an annual bonus of 40% of salary and a commissioning bonus (First 6 months, up to £6,000).
About Us: We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager with a solid background in senior management, particularly within elderly care settings. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a proven track record of successfully managing care homes, ensuring high-quality service and resident satisfaction. While commissioning experience is a plus, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team to provide exceptional care services.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authority regulations, maintaining high standards of care and safety.
• Commercial Acumen: Optimize private fee structures while maintaining quality care delivery.
• Commissioning: Contribute to the successful opening of our new facility, leveraging your expertise in commissioning.
• Effective Communication: Foster a supportive and high-performing care environment through excellent communication and team management skills.
When Do We Open? We are fast-tracking the registration process, and we could be looking to open as early as November.
Support: Our team includes a Commissioning Director, a Regional Director, and a Regional Support Manager who will assist the successful candidate. Additionally, we have other operational support mechanisms, including Sales & Marketing, Recruitment, Quality, Health & Safety, and Training & Development.
