Position: Inclusion Teacher (Temporary to Permanent) Start Date: January 2023 Hours: Full-Time

Role Overview: As an Inclusion Teacher, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all students. Collaborating with colleagues and parents, you will implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support the individual needs of students.
• Conduct assessments and create tailored learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Work closely with parents and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in inclusive education or special educational needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
