Maintenance Team Leader
Salary: £50,000 + Pension + Life Assurance + Overtime
4 on 4 off- 2 Days 2 Nights 7-7

The company is extremely well established with over 150 years of manufacturing experience and has a global reputation which is second to none in their marketplace. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced electrical engineer, with supervisory experience.
Key Skills
* Apprentice Trained Engineer, with leadership experience
* Maintenance experience and diagnostics of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical control systems
* Must be Health and Safety conscious
The Role
The company require an engineer who can work to manage a small team of engineers, and PPM schedules, & also contractors. The candidate will have a minimum of a time served apprenticeship with experience working on hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical control systems .
You will be involved in a variety of projects on site and be the focus from an electrical point of view process improvement on site, whilst leading a team of engineers. Ongoing training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long-standing group.
