Duties:
Our client, an elegant Queen Anne-style mansion, set in 26 acres of lovingly maintained gardens and woodland. It is a luxury four star boutique hotel, offering award-wining dining and breath-taking views of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Situated in a peaceful rural setting just 30 minutes from London.
You will have the opportunity to work with a very talented sous chef, head chef and executive chef.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate:
Will have at least 2 to 3 years experience at 2 to 3 rosettes standard.
Will be capable of running all sections of a kitchen excluding pastry.
Will be capable of directing demi Chef de Partie and Commis if necessary.
What is it for you:
£30,500 per annum, (£29,000 + £1,500 per annum guaranteed service charge payment)
An additional end of financial year service charge bonus also paid
4 weeks holiday increasing to 5 weeks with service
8 Bank holidays
