Job Description
ABC Teachers have been approached by a client school who are urgently looking to recruit a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a Child in a Primary School in central Coventry starting as soon as possible. This would be on a part-timetime basis working mornings only.
About the role
You will be working 1:1 with a specific pupil, assisting in classrooms and providing interventions for a specific pupil while de-escalating stressful situations to help the teacher conduct lessons successfully.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:2:1 SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
Effective behaviour management skills
Great communication skills to be able to cater to the specific child and communicate.
A strong passion for learning and showing creativity and helping others.
Patience, Resilience and Reliability
Strong interpersonal skills to cater to the specific needs of the pupil.
Be able to provide 2 solid references covering years’ experience.
Hold a DBS registered on the update service or must be able to arrange one.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
