Aviation Recruitment experts Optime Group, in partnership with a well-known Ground Handling Company located at Luton Airport, are looking to add to its growing team of Turnaround Coordinator serving one of the UK's fastest growing airports.

What's on offer:

• Rate of pay: £16.88 per hour (Entry Level)
• Overtime Rate: x1.5 available
• Shift Pattern: 6 on 3 off
• Shift Timing: Example times below.
• Weekly Pay
• Temp to Perm (performance based)

Key Duties:

• Ensure a secure and efficient aircraft turnaround process, managing all aspects from arrival to departure with a focus on safety and effectiveness.
• Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork associated with the aircraft turnaround, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant protocols.
• Maintain strict adherence to both airline and airport policies, guaranteeing compliance at all times.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service to passengers, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers effectively during disruptions, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
• Establish effective communication and collaboration with third-party suppliers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring seamless coordination of services.

Shifts:

The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 5 on 3 off rolling rota. This could be subject to change!

An example of the shift hours:

• Day 1: 0500 till 1425
• Day 2: 0530 till 1455
• Day 3: 0500 till 1530
• Day 4: 1435 till 0000
• Day 5: 1335 till 2300
• Day 6: 1335 till 2300

• OFF
• OFF

Requirements:

• Full Manual Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
• Work well as part of a team, and as an individual
• Right to Work in the UK
• Five year fully checkable reference history
• Ability to pass Criminal Record Check (CRC)
