Job Description

Part-Time Administrator
Our client, a London-based Landscaping design & build company, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The company would prefer a 3-day per week arrangement. The role will be office based in North West London.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
* Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and maintaining records
* Assisting with administrative projects
* Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
* Managing telephone calls and correspondence
* Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required
