Job Description
Mechanical Design Engineer sought, Plymouth / Cornwall. Build Maintain Recruit (BMR) require a Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC / Building Services Engineering) to join a leading national MEP Contractor based either within their Plymouth or Cornwall based offices.
Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services Engineering) with a passion for Building Services Engineering? We are recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients team in Plymouth or Cornwall. As part of a forward-thinking MEP Contractor, you will be at the forefront of mechanical design projects for commercial, medical, and industrial buildings across the greater Southwest.
About You:
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
· Relevant core trade qualifications
· Proven experience in mechanical design within the building services sector.
· Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (CIBSE, Building Regulations, etc.).
· Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
