Quality and Compliance Coordinator
Exeter, Devon
Role Summary
Support the Quality & Compliance team, based Exeter with quality document management, internal site defect identification and implementation of processes. Responsibility for managing individual processes increases with competency over time as experience is solidified.
37.5 Hours per week
Main Responsibilities
Assist with Data room management, ensuring all data is correct and up to date
Warranties
Liaise with internal project teams and clients for snagging lists & documentation
Perform solar site visit quality control checks where needed
Provide technical assistance to projects
Review PAC (provisional acceptance certificate) information including:
Datasheets
Testing evidence
Manuals
Person Specification
Renewables / Engineering degree or Relevant experience
High capacity for learning and applying new skills
Intermediate IT skills (MS Office Suite) and computer literacy
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Proactive approach and work ethic
Self-motivated, driven and goal orientated
Team player attitude
Professional demeanour and presentation
Interest in the renewables and alternative energy sector
Full UK driving licence with own transport.
Desirable
Postgraduate degree (or equivalent)
Previous solar experience (especially within construction or O&M settings)
Ability to effectively problem solve and think outside the box
AutoCAD experience
