Multi-Track EL/PL Lawyer

Your new company

Our client is a reputable insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are recruiting multi-track EL/PL lawyers to join their Liverpool office. Claims will consist of a range of EL/PL matters with a particular focus on construction claims. You can expect a high level of hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary which is negotiable dependent on experience.



Your new role

This Multi-Track EL/PL Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of defendant EL/PL files valued from £25,000 - £100,000 on both a delegated and non-delegated authority basis. Claims will be a mix of EL/PL matters with a focus on construction cases.



What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with previous experience handling your own EL/PL multi-track caseload. Experience of construction claims is required. Excellent IT and communication skills are required.
