Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Service Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and scheduling appointments for our clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
2. Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Managing and maintaining client records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
5. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service.
7. Coordinating with other departments to ensure all client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
8. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Service Coordinator position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in appointment scheduling and client service coordination.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and handle pressure.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
