The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within the Steel Manufacturing Industry handling Purchasing, Hiring, Inventory Management, Equipment Management, Safety, Production, Shipping/Logistics, as well as CRM accounting systems experience. Position requirements:
- Steel Manufacturing/Industrial experience
- Adaptable mindset. Not looking to come in and change everything right away.
- Ability to work with different personalities with ease!
- Purchasing Experience (Parts & Inventory)
- Production experience (scheduling, oversee manufacturing & quality control)
- Shipping & Logistics experience (oversee shipping & receiving)
- Equipment Management experience (maintaining equipment, facilities management, scheduling maintenance on equipment)
- Safety experience (accident reports, facilitate workshops, etc.)
- Previous experience Hiring and managing personnel
