Job Details

Nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney/Partner with employment litigation experience to join their team!

Experience with professional liability, securities litigation, labor & employment, and insurance broker liability a plus. Must have Employment experience.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to CA bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment defense
4. Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
