Job Details

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

MONDAY-FRIDAY, 5 8s + Occasional Weekend Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of OT experience is preferred; will consider new grads!
• Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy required, Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred
• Must be BLS/CPR certified or willing to obtain
• Active Utah OT license is required or ability to obtain upon hire
