We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Engineer for Healthcare Construction to join our dedicated team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge healthcare construction projects, including expansions, ground-up developments, and advanced project management (APM). As a Project Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our team, working on a variety of projects that make a significant impact on the healthcare industry. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of PE, APM, and healthcare construction in a challenging, rewarding, and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Utilizing your expertise in APM to manage project resources, schedules, and risks.
4. Applying your knowledge of healthcare construction to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of healthcare facilities.
5. Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and changes are effectively communicated.
6. Regularly reviewing and analyzing project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive solutions.
7. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this exciting role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction.
2. Proven experience in expansions, ground-up developments, and advanced project management (APM).
3. A strong understanding of the unique requirements and standards of healthcare construction.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
