We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Permanent Controller to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our financial operations, providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts of our company. As the Permanent Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Coordinate all audit activities and liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
3. Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
4. Regularly produce financial reports and statements to provide updates on the financial status of the company.
5. Implement financial management tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information.
6. Evaluate and manage risk, perform tax planning and compliance.
7. Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report and forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures.
8. Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
9. Manage investment strategies and activities; ensure effective cash management.
10. Supervise the accounting team, including performance reviews, job design, recruitment, and professional development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA) or certified management accountant (CMA) is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
4. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
5. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
6. An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
