We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled, and experienced Permanent Project Manager to spearhead our Data Center Ground Up Construction projects. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the data center construction from inception to completion. You will be working closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our projects are completed within the set deadlines, budget, and quality standards. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with a strong background in Mission Critical Project Management, Data Center Project Management, and Project Manager Data Center. Must have strong Financial tracking, document control and payout experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of the data center construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to design and implement project plans.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Managing and supervising construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project plans and safety guidelines.
• Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to the senior management.
• Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks or obstacles to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mission Critical Project Manager, Data Center Project Manager, or Project Manager Data Center.
• Proven experience in managing large scale data center construction projects from ground up.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management software.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
