Summary: Seeking a Quality Technician for 1st shift with expertise in inspection and testing within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in quality

  • Ability to interpret drawings, materials specifications, and test instructions

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status

Preferred Skills:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

  • Six Sigma Green Belt

  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, AS, IATF)

  • Familiarity with various inspection tools/equipment (VMM, Verniers, Keithley Multi-Meter)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select and test products for qualities such as dimensions and electrical properties

  • Record test data and apply statistical quality control procedures

  • Evaluate data and maintain in-process sheets; ensure document control

  • Report quality issues to supervisor/team lead and issue Quality Alerts as required

  • Provide First Article Inspection support and support PPAP activities

  • Document NCMR and CAR in QSi; complete annual forms related to Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and EHS

  • Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives through LEAN & HPT

  • Conduct internal audits according to Central QA schedule

  • Organize retain samples and maintain record retention files

  • Adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
