Controls Software Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Controls Software Engineer to develop and implement control software for industrial or mobile equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/mobile equipment control software design and development

• Proficiency in C/C++/Structured Text programming

• Knowledge of network protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Wireless 80

• Experience with embedded systems and interfacing software with sensors

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automotive or mobile equipment applications

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and test control software for heavy construction equipment

• Use structured systems engineering approaches

• Create software specifications, designs, and test plans

• Complete controller/PLC programming and HMI screen programming

• Perform unit and integration testing

• Lead cross-functional design reviews

Pay Details: $38.00 to $52.00 per hour
