My client, a Global Publicly Traded Life Sciences company is hiring an Executive Director of Inventory & Cost Accounting to join the team. The Executive Director of Inventory and Cost Accounting will oversee all things Cost Accounting & Inventory related and be considered the subject matter expert for the company. Compensation for this position is $240-275K + 30% Bonus + RSU's + Options. This company is doing really well, is commercial, has $400 million in cash, they have been growing very nicely over the past year, offer excellent benefits including 6 weeks PTO year 1 and they offer a 100% REMOTE work arrangement forever.

• 12+ years of Cost Accounting / Inventory experience
• Life Sciences experience
• CPA Preferred
• Previous BIG4 experience preferred
