Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the Financial Services industry. This role is based in Richmond, Virginia, and encompasses the coordination and management of a large-scale mobile device transition project.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate meetings between the Mobile Support Analyst and the employees transitioning to personal mobile devices.
• Adjust the schedule for the Mobile Support Analyst to ensure optimal management of time and workload.
• Use a list of pre-determined screening questions to interact with employees before their meeting with the Mobile Support Analyst.
• Maintain and update accurate records of all scheduled meetings and employee interactions.
• Proactively provide solutions to potential scheduling conflicts or challenges.
• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook to manage tasks effectively.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination with team members using Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Microsoft Teams.
• Apply knowledge in budget processes, construction, and contracts to manage project resources.
• Use the 'About Time' tool to keep track of project timelines and deadlines.
• Work effectively in a remote environment, ensuring smooth operation of the project.• Minimum of three years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in using project management software, specifically Atlassian Jira.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise.
• Familiarity with 'About Time' project management software.
• Understanding of budget processes in a project management context.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in construction project coordination.
• Knowledge of contract management and administration.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
