Senior Process Engineer
Toro Recuritment is currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer. Our client is at the forefront of groundbreaking technology that produces affordable, clean carbon-negative energy, transforming waste management to support the circular economy. As they scale up their operations, they are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join their team and contribute to a range of exciting new projects. Key Responsibilities of Senior Process Engineer:
* Deliver a pipeline of new plant projects, ensuring effective design and execution from pre-FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) through to FEED stages.
* Design new plants on-site using SolidWorks, Asysy, and Unisym software.
* Work on process design, including Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Define and manage battery limits within Inside Battery Limits (ISBL) and Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) scope.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of process systems into the overall plant design.
* Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning stages.
* Continuously develop expertise in our client’s technology, contributing to innovation and improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience working on process engineering projects from pre-FEED and FEED stages, ideally within new process plants.
* Proficient in process design using SolidWorks, Asysy, and Unisym software.
* Strong knowledge of P&IDs, ISBL, and OSBL.
* Experience in plant design, with the ability to deliver complex engineering projects.
* A passion for clean energy and sustainable solutions.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
