Job Description
We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler to join a thriving insurance broker specifically based at their Branch in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham on an FTC 6-month contract as an Account Handler. This dynamic expanding broker is looking for a motivated individual to contribute to their continued success on a hybrid work basis.
This is an ideal time to become part of their journey. Specialising in general commercial insurance with a focus on the SME market, they are searching for an insurance professional to support their ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Service new and existing commercial insurance clients.
Actively pursue and win new business to establish and grow the commercial book.
Manage client renewals for both new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters.
Deliver exceptional client service in a professional and hardworking environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Confident in developing and securing new business.
Strong telephone manners, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
Desire to expand skills and knowledge, with access to ongoing training and development.
Cert CII qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Acturis experience – or similar Insurance software
