Banquet Floor Operations Supervisor

About the role:

As our Banquet Floor Operations Supervisor your role will be to assist in the daily operations of running meetings, conferences and events.

Supervise the team on shift to ensure all parts of the department are running smoothly and the guests are receiving the very best service throughout the hotel

Supervise and motivate the event operations team towards achieving exceptional guest service results and feedback

Responsible for the appropriate and timely set up of all functions and meetings while maintaining standards of food, beverage and meeting specifications in addition to working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and other hotel departments

Perform daily walk-throughs of the conference floor to ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Hyatt standards

To ensure that the events are properly serviced, client timings are adhered to with service.

About you:

Previous event Supervisor experience or a history of Team leader roles

Behighly motivated and have a positive outlook

Possess excellent communication skills

Have previous experience within the hospitality and/or Food and Beverage industry

Be an all round team player

Highly organised individual with a meticulous eye for detail

Thrive working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
