Quantity Surveyor - Design and Build - Warwickshire
Leading very well established privately owned main - contractor operating within commercial, education and office sectors has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to based from their office near Rugby. Operating as a design and build contractor with their own development company they negotiate directly with clients.
You will have the opportunity to oversee projects upto £10m.
Skills:
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Cost value reporting
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sub-contract procurement of sub-contractors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management skills to meet project deadlines
BSc or equivalent.
