Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Steelwork Estimator to join our clients well-established fabrication company at their offices near Derby.
You will have proven experience as an Estimator, specifically with Steelwork (preferably secondary/architectural) and live near/within commutable distance to Derby as this is an office based role.

Estimator duties include:
• Receiving enquires and reviewing drawings and specs.
• Carrying out material take offs and assigning times/costs for the full scope of work.
Estimator requirements:
• Proven experience working as an Estimator in Steelwork is essential.
• Experience working on steelwork including some/all of the following is required; support and access steel such as stairs, hand rails and walkways etc. Sheet metal such as flues or similar, structural steel such as platform or simple buildings
• Have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Live in/within a commutable distance of Derby – this is an office based role.
