Customer Support Scientist
* £27,000 - £30,000
* The chance to use your scientific knowledge to help many researchers with product support
* Extensive training
* Perfect opportunity for Graduates with an MChem/MPhys or similar qualification
* East Sussex based.
The benefits of sample preparation equipment in laboratories speak for themselves, and this particular kind eliminates the need for conventional preparation methods, saving time and improving results. You’ll be liaising directly with big microscope manufacturers such as Zeiss and Thermo, as well as many of the most prestigious research institutes globally.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers with queries, and that’s why we need someone who has experience using microscopes. This is an opportunity to become a central part of a business, with lots of opportunities to develop yourself personally and professionally.
This type of role is a great starting point to set you up for many different career paths, as you will get involved with many different things, including customer liaison, market research, and after-sales support. With this opportunity, you can combine your scientific mind, inquisitive nature, and love of social interaction!
