This Marketing Manager opportunity is perfect for someone eager to own the entire marketing function (heavily focusing on digital), make impactful decisions, and work directly with the Business Owner, managing upwards to shape its digital (and physical) presence.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll:
Build a marketing strategy and campaigns to underpin and drive the wider business objectives of growth, nationally
Assess current organic traffic and implement ongoing effective SEO and backlinks strategies to improve visibility
Develop effective PPC campaigns, controlling all aspects from ad creation and targeting to bid management and conversion rate analysis.
Build growth, engagement and conversions on social media all across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Write and optimise high-quality content for the website, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
Produce monthly performance reports on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, social media engagement, and website analytics.
Attend trade shows and design supporting collateral, representing the business and networking with potential customers and partners.
Collaborate with the owner and other team members to identify new customer opportunities and explore additional sales revenue streams.
To be the successful Marketing Manager, you’ll have:
Experience within a marketing executive role, owning particular areas within a wider team
Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.
Strong content creation skills for websites, social media and email.
Experience managing and growing social media platforms.
Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A creative mindset with the ability to admit when there’s something you don’t know
A proactive, can-do attitude with a creative approach to finding new opportunities.
