* In-House Qualifications: Gain our exclusive SEND Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Supplementary Courses: Access free, regularly updated online courses throughout the year.
* Workshops and Seminars: Participate in training workshops led by our Classroom Ambassadors, and attend catered seminars with guest speakers from the education sector.
* Flexibility: Work a minimum of 4 days a month, with a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. You choose the days!
Our Ambassadors: Leading the Way
Our Classroom Ambassadors are seasoned educators and SEND specialists, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of teaching assistants. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every workshop, creating a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive.
Criteria for Applicants:
* Passion for Making a Difference: You must be dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with special needs.
* Location: Must be able to work in the Derby area.
* Availability: A minimum of 4 days a month (days can be flexible) from 08:30 to 15:30.
* Training Commitment: Must attend an induction and 2 days of training at our Long Eaton training centre.
* Safeguarding: Must pass our rigorous vetting procedures to ensure the highest standards of child protection.

Q: Do I need to have experience working in a school or in education?
· A: No. You don’t need to have experience working in a school or within education. What you do need is experience working with children or supporting people in transferable sectors like care. Your background could be in any number of roles – as long as you have the passion, we’ll provide the support.
