Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of educators and tutors to plan and support these students' educational development.
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re not just looking for someone who’s good with kids; we need a passionate educator who can connect with students on a personal level. Your primary focus should be on fostering a positive, engaging learning environment. Enthusiasm for children’s education is a must, along with a nurturing and approachable demeanor that makes students feel comfortable and supported.

Welcome to our exceptional specialist hub, where we pride ourselves on a supportive environment and a stellar reputation. Our facilities are top-notch, designed to cater to the needs of our students. You'll be joining a great team of staff who are not just there to support the children, but to support you as well. Together, we create a community where everyone thrives.
Why the Role is Great:
* Meaningful Impact: You'll have the opportunity to offer specialized support to children who find mainstream environments challenging, making a real difference in their lives.

This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role, even if you come without formal qualifications.
We believe in your potential. After six months in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll in a Level 3 Teaching Assistant course, fully funded by the company. This is a fantastic chance to gain a qualification that will advance your career. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for the higher pay band as a newly qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
