The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take on challenging construction projects in the North West? This role gives you the opportunity to manage diverse and high-impact projects, where your expertise will ensure the delivery of new builds and refurbishments on time and within budget. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in cost management, procurement, and contract negotiations across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a talented team of project managers, architects, and contractors. From the initial planning stages through to completion, your strategic input will be essential in ensuring projects run smoothly. Responsibilities:
Lead cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for various construction projects.
Develop and implement procurement strategies, ensuring cost-effective contract negotiations.
Provide detailed risk assessments and financial forecasts to maintain strict budget control.
Monitor project progress as the Quantity Surveyor, resolving financial or operational issues as they arise.
