Primary Teaching Assistant: Coventry
Start Date: October
Full Time: 5 days per week
Pay Rate: £75 to £90 per day, depending on experience

They are looking for an up-beat and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant to compliment all of this.
Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant at this primary school, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff and ensuring that all students receive the guidance they need to succeed. Teaching Assistants in this role are expected to work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents. You will assist in delivering engaging lessons and provide targeted support to students, particularly those with SEND. Your responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant will include preparing learning materials, helping to manage classroom activities, and contributing to the overall well-being and development of the students.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of all pupils.
Support the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, especially those with SEND.
Monitor student progress and communicate findings with the teaching staff.
Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a productive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential as well as holding a NVQ level 2 or higher.
A proven ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Experience supporting children with SEND is advantageous but not required.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to the needs of the classroom.
