What You Will Do:
Develop and complete finished product specifications, ensuring alignment with customer and legislative standards.
Review and approve artwork, collaborating with Ingredients and Packaging Specifications Technologists.
Facilitate successful product launches by working closely with New Product Development (NPD).
Build and maintain strong relationships across customer and colleague bases to support technical accuracy and innovation.
Ensure consistent accuracy and adherence to deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Provide internal liaison and support for Site Technical and external liaison for retail customers.
What You Will Bring:
A Further Education qualification in a food-related field.
Experience in writing food specifications and familiarity with major retailers' online systems.
Knowledge of retailer artwork approval systems and the Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to meet key deadlines.
Self-motivation and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
