This stunning venue combines an incredible health club & spa with a beautiful pan-Asian restaurant. An independent concept where your ideas matter. They are now looking for a F&B manager to take over the site, bringing creativity, ideas and great service.
A culture and people led individual that will overlook the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, developing his team and leading by example.

What will you get up to?

• Oversee day to day operations for the Restaurant.
• Overlooking rotas, stock management, cost control and team training/development..
• Collaborate closely with the club team and the chef to come up with amazing ideas that can drive revenue.
