General Adult Psychiatry Consultant

Borders General Hospital requires a General Adult Psychiatry Consultant to work in the following Locum role:

Job Title: Consultant General Adult Psychiatry

Dates: To start ASAP for 6 months initially

Rota: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. No on call required. To take a clinical lead in the provision of general adult psychiatric services to a designated catchment area in the Scottish Borders, taking medical responsibility for outpatients and inpatients aged 18 to 69 inclusive, but excluding those individuals under the age of 70 with established dementia.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Valid GMC registration

- Right to Work in the UK

- Previous experience of working in a similar role in the UK or Ireland.
