• Support your team during busy services to create positive energy and a productive environment
• Show versatility with your skills and experience working in all sections of professional kitchens
• Ability to remain calm during pressurised services.
• Demonstrate experienced knife skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you
• Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes
